Cardio Dance with Beth In-Person

An energizing dance-fitness class that tones while burning calories. It is a full-body workout that feels like a dance party but keeps your heart pumping.  Suitable for all levels, as adjustments can be made for beginners. Sneakers and workout attire are recommended. There will be sweat!
