Yin Yoga with Alicia In-Person
Yin yoga is a relaxing type of yoga where calm, deep stretches are held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes.) This slow-paced style and meditative approach aims to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints. Comfortable clothes are recommended and all levels are welcome!
