Monday meditation leads pupils from a multitasking mind to a unitasking mind with the power of concentration. Through the immersive meditative experience, the student will be able to rewire their brain consciously to be able to remove any distracting thoughts and focus their mind on solely one thought or no thoughts at all. This is achieved by enhancing the awareness and perception of the student by applying the techniques of breathing, mantras, and life force control.
