Group Meditation Online

Join librarian, Mark Graceffo, for an online meditation session hosted in partnership with the John Main Center for Christian Contemplation at Georgetown University. 

Our meditation will be a silent, mantra-based practice. No experience is necessary and simple instructions will be provided. All faiths or none are welcome.
